THE CHALLENGE

During a worldwide pandemic, the need for health insurance has never been more apparent. With thousands of Filipinos being laid off from work and losing their health insurance benefits, proactive netizens have emerged looking for ways to provide insurance for themselves.

Our goal was to help Maria Health reach out to this audience and establish themselves as leaders in healthcare and in the fight against COVID-19, as well as encourage proactivity amongst Filipinos when it comes to health insurance.

THE APPROACH

We implemented a thorough and comprehensive digital
marketing strategy to reach out to various audiences across different online platforms: email, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. To boost Maria Health’s reach, we also used SEO optimization and paid ads.

To establish credibility and engage with communities, we connected the brand with different banks and co-working spaces that echo Maria Health’s value for healthcare.

THE RESULTS

The digital campaign and community engagement proved to be fruitful, with 5,000 health cards availed and a million health-conscious netizens using their website. Every month, Maria Health’s social media is also able to earn 750 leads consisting of SMEs and families who want to avail of their comprehensive insurance.
